When you connect an Instagram account to Campaign Monitor using social suite, we store the access token and basic account details needed to publish on your behalf. You can remove all of this at any time.

To delete your stored Instagram data

You can delete your stored Instagram data one of two ways:

• In Campaign Monitor, go to the Instagram integration and choose Disconnect, or
• In Instagram/Facebook, go to Settings → Apps and Websites, remove Campaign Monitor.

Either action immediately and permanently deletes the data we hold for that Instagram account.

What we delete

The stored access token, token expiry details, account type, Instagram username, the id of the last media published, and any cached account insights will all be deleted.
