Brand hub

Permission required to use this feature: full access

Brand hub is the home for your brand in Campaign Monitor. Assets from your website URL are collected into a single brand kit. Your logos, colors, images, brand details, voice, and more are set up once, and content created in the email workspace and the creative lab pulls in these details to stay on-brand automatically.

If you provided your website URL while setting up your account, your brand kit is already available for use. Otherwise, follow the steps below.

Accessing brand hub and setting up your brand kit

  1. Click your profile image at the top right, then select Brand hub.
  2. Enter your website URL and click Build my brand kit.
  3. Wait a short moment while your brand assets are collected from your website and your brand kit is generated.

When finished, your brand kit is displayed on the page. Assets are grouped into logos, colors, up to 15 images, fonts, brand details, voice, and social profiles. This is what personalizes your content, keeping your look, tone, and messaging consistent.

URL structure

Brand hub collects assets from your website's homepage. If you enter a URL with a subdirectory, such as example.com/about, brand hub ignores the subdirectory and collects assets from your example.com homepage instead.

Subdomains are supported. Entering blog.example.com collects assets from that homepage, which can look different from example.com if the two pages have different content.

Logo and image requirements

Logos and images must meet a minimum size to be included in your brand kit:

  • Logos: 128px on the longest side, 24px on the shortest side
  • Images: 128px on the longest side, 96px on the shortest side

This requirement does not apply to vector formats, such as SVG, which scale to any size without losing quality.

Viewing logos on a dark background

If you have white or light-colored logos collected in brand hub, hover over them to preview them on a dark background. You can also switch the toggle at the top right of the Logos section to display all logos on a dark background.

Update your brand kit

Your brand kit does not refresh automatically if your website changes. Use one of the following options to keep it current:

  • Refresh: Collects your brand assets again from your current website, replacing your existing brand kit with the newly collected assets.
  • Change URL: Replaces your brand kit with assets collected from a new website, in place of the assets sourced from your current URL.
