HOMEIn July of 2023, new account plans were launched for all new Campaign Monitor customers. Customers signing up to Campaign Monitor after the launch date will be automatically added to the new plans.
New Campaign Monitor plan names
- Lite (formerly known as Basic)
- Essentials (formerly known as Unlimited)
- Premier (there have been no changes to our Premier offering)
Account features won’t change
There aren’t any differences in entitlements on the updated plans. For example, both Lite and Basic accounts have access to the same feature set.
What if I am still on the Basic or Unlimited plan?
As an existing customer who signed up to Campaign Monitor prior to the introduction of these new plans (July 2023), you may still be on our legacy Basic or Unlimited plans. Whilst we may move you to the Lite or Essentials plan in the future, as of right now, there is nothing you need to do.
How to check which plan you are on

To see which plan you are currently on, click on your name menu in the top right corner, then select Billing.
