A monthly plan is a recurring payment plan that charges once per month based on your total subscriber count. Each monthly plan has a different level of access to features and support benefits, such as phone support.
Features
The availability of features, and how send limits affect you, are determined by the the pricing plan you choose. The table below shows the differences between our monthly plans.
Features and add-ons
Some features and paid add-ons have options available for configuration.
To manage the features and add-ons offered on your plan:
- Click your profile image at the top right, then select Billing.
- Click Manage features.
If you cancel a paid add-on, you will retain access to the feature until your next monthly payment is due.

Please note that we do not provide custom report generation.
Basic email support
Available on the Basic/Lite monthly plan and pay-per-campaign
Our support agents are located around the world and are available to help via email, Monday through Friday. Limited support is available on weekends.
Priority email support
Available on the Unlimited/Essentials and Premier monthly plans
The priority email support queue offers a quicker response time than the standard queue.
Phone support
Available on the Premier monthly plan
Phone support is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm in the following geographic regions:
- Americas — 9am to 5pm, San Francisco time
- Australia and Asia — 9am to 5pm, Sydney time
- Europe — 9am to 5pm, London time
Phone support will no longer be available if you downgrade from the Premier plan, to the Unlimited/Essentials or Basic/Lite plan. If you're currently on Premier and planning to downgrade, please see our guide to downgrading paid features.
