Will subscribers to multiple lists get duplicate emails?
No, our system takes care of this issue by detecting duplicate email addresses to ensure each subscriber is emailed just once.
We know it's likely your subscribers may be subscribed to more than one of your lists so when you send a campaign to multiple lists, as shown below, we prevent delivery duplication for that campaign send.
The system cannot detect duplicate email addresses when the same email is sent to each subscriber list separately. If this happens, subscribers who are on more than one list will be sent multiple copies of the email.
Note: When a recipient who is subscribed to more than one of your lists unsubscribes, the default setting is to unsubscribe them from all lists. But this doesn't work for everyone, and it's easy to change unsubscribe settings for individual lists.
