How do I contact support?

If you're not able to find an answer in our knowledgebase, our support team can be reached in a number of ways for technical help and general advice, or to provide feedback and suggestions.

Any issues with our application are reported on our status page. You can also follow our @monitorstatus Twitter account for the latest updates.

Email support

In your Campaign Monitor account, click Help at the top right, then click Send an email to support in the right sidebar.

You can also contact us via the contact form on our website.

Our support agents are located around the world and are available to help via email 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday. Limited support is available on weekends.

Client support

If you have clients with account access, they will see the same "Send an email to support" link as above, but their emails will be sent to your account administrator email address. If you have multiple account administrators, emails will be sent to the primary contact.

Phone support

Phone support is available on the Premier plan. To access the phone number for your region, in your Campaign monitor account click Help at the top right. The phone number will be listed at the top of the right sidebar.

Phone support is available in the following regions:

  • Americas: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time (PST)
  • Australia and Asia: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Times (AEST)
  • Europe: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

Phone support is not available on public holidays.

Social media

You can also reach us on:

While we do our best to handle support queries via these channels, sometimes character count limitations or the need for sensitive account details means we'll ask you to get in touch by email.

Other ways to get help

Below are some alternative channels for information:

Help documentation

To access our user guides in your account, click Help at the top right of your account.

NOTE: If you have clients with account access, the help articles they see are restricted based on account user permission settings. They will not see articles that mention Campaign Monitor, or detailed information about features they cannot access.

Community forum

Our forums are always active and open to everyone. You can register here (it's a separate signup to your Campaign Monitor account) to get advice from staff and other customers.
