Please note that we do not provide:

  • Professional services, such as coding, design and alterations to HTML email templates.
  • Customer support and training to agency clients (find agency resources here).
  • Custom report generation.

Phone support

Phone support is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm in the following geographic regions:

  • Americas: 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time (PST)
  • Australia and Asia: 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Times (AEST)
  • Europe: 9am to 5pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

If I downgrade my plan, can I still contact phone support?

Premier plan phone support will not be available if you downgrade to the Unlimited or Basic plan. As a Campaign Monitor customer, you will still have access to 24x5 email support, with limited support on weekends.

If you require phone support, you can upgrade to the monthly Premier plan at any time to reactivate this service.
