A good way to attract new subscribers is to show them the kind of emails you send. You can do this by setting up a newsletter archive on your website, which is updated automatically every time you send a campaign.
Newsletter archives display a list of your sent campaigns, using the campaign name given to your email and the date it was sent (optional). You can also hide specific campaigns from the archive.
When a visitor clicks on a campaign name it opens a generic web version, meaning any personalization tags used in your content will display the fallback term used, or a blank space if there isn't one.
Generate code for newsletter archives
To generate code for a newsletter archive that can be embedded in your website:
- Click your profile image at the top right, then select Account settings.
- Select Customize, then click Archive of sent campaigns.
- On the page that loads you'll find options for customizing the newsletter archive. Apply the desired settings then click Generate the code to refresh the JavaScript snippet in the right sidebar.

- Copy the code and paste it into a page on your website.
You can generate one script to show the most recent campaign on your website's home page, and a different script to show the complete archive on another page.
Campaign names
As mentioned earlier, newsletter archives use the campaign name given to your sent emails, not the subject line.

If you're using a newsletter archive, please choose campaign names wisely as they cannot be changed from within your account after a campaign has been sent. However, if there is an error made, you can contact support and we'll change it for you.
Hide campaigns
If there are some email campaigns you do not want displayed in the archive, you can exclude them. For example, you might need to resend a sent campaign but do not want it to appear twice in the archive.
To hide a campaign, go to the "Sent" section in the Campaigns tab of your account. Click on the three-dot overflow menu for the campaign you want to hide, and choose "Hide from website archive" from the available options.

This excludes it from the archive. If you have made a mistake or later need to show the same campaign, an option to do so is available in the same menu.
